How to Shop Online With Office Interiors
Are you tired of talking to someone on the phone every time you need to place an order for toner? Do you want to buy a new printer and have it delivered straight to your office? Are you in the market for new office furniture?
There is a one-stop-shop online that can meet all of your needs! Office Interiors has an online store that brings office furniture, technology and supplies straight to your doorstep.
Is it your first time using the online store?
To get the best experience using our online store, you should sign up for a profile. This ensures that you are seeing the best prices available.
Also, by signing up for a profile, you have all of your information ready to go next time you need to make a purchase!
How to sign up for a profile
The first thing you need to do is go to the login/create account button beside the search bar.
To sign up for a profile, you will need to complete the form with your name, email address and select a password.
Once you’ve filled in your information, go to register your account! After proving you aren’t a robot and completing the captcha, you will be on your way to shopping online with Office Interiors.
What products do we sell online?
Our store is broken down into four main categories.

Under each of these categories, there are dozens of other options to help narrow down your search. You can find everything from the latest and greatest MFP to dash cams for your car.
If you know what you want but unsure what products match your needs, you can fill in the side form to narrow down your search.
For example, when looking for printers and copiers, you can search by brand preferences, categories, output, functionalities, paper size, monthly page volume and printer size, finishing and connectivity.
Or, if you’re looking for laptops, you can narrow down the search by using price, brand name, operating system processor speed and more!
If you know what product you are looking for already, you can use the search bar to find anything on the online store!
Looking to buy ink and toner?
If you’re looking to buy ink and toner online, the process is a little different.
You need to know the model of the printer. This will allow you to find the products made for your device.
All you need to do is search the printer’s model in the search bar, and all of the toner will come up.
If you have a special finisher, this can also be set up to add finishing options like staples and other accessories.
Having trouble finding your device? It’s important to know that not all makes and models will appear when using the search bar. There are some cases where you may need to use google to find the SKU number for your toner.

What about promotions?
Yes! You can get exclusive deals directly through the Office Interiors online store.
Each month you can find new deals through our store!
There is a promotions tab that displays all current promotions going on. You will find deals on everything from tablets to monitor stands and printers.
If you want to stay up to date on our latest promotions, you can sign up for our monthly newsletters, so the deals are delivered directly to your inbox!
How do you complete your purchase?
When you have all of your products in your cart, it’s time to check out.
When you check out, it will automatically fill in your profile information, but you will need to enter a shipping address. Make sure to double-check your address and all of your contact information!
When checking out, you will also notice shipping fees. The standard shipping is usually $14.95. If you are outside Atlantic Canada or you are placing large orders, shipping rates may vary. The final shipping price will be available before you complete the purchase.
Once you’ve entered in your payment information, your order will be on the way! You will receive a confirmation to the email address in your profile.
