Office Interiors expands its Ricoh Canada portfolio to become
Maritime Canada’s largest Independent Imaging and Print

Nov. 2, 2012 (Halifax) – Office Interiors and Ricoh Canada today announced a strategic partnership designed to strengthen the market presence of both organizations in the Maritimes. The move will see Office Interiors grow significantly and further compliment their core businesses in the region.

Ricoh Canada will continue to have a strong direct presence in regional Major and Enterprise Accounts and will leverage Office Interiors’ relationships in those segments to expand their market share position. This move will allow Ricoh Canada to continue its focus on becoming a “Services Led” organization and provide direct support to Office Interiors.

The acquisition will take effect December 1, 2012.
