Office Interiors Announces Acquisition of dpt Communications

Office Interiors is excited to announce the acquisition of dpt Communications of Moncton, NB. The acquisition will allow Office Interiors to expand their service and support team across southwestern New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island as well as provide dpt customers with access to the expanded range of office furniture and technology products offered by Office Interiors. The financial details of the transaction are private. 

As an authorized Panasonic telecommunications dealer, dpt Communications has been selling, installing, and servicing telephony and voice processing systems since 1996. They serve New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island from offices in Moncton, Saint John, and Charlottetown.

The acquisition of dpt Communications is the second acquisition of a telephony system provider in as many years, having acquired Cabco Communications in the spring of 2019; Cabco specializes in network cabling, office telephone systems and premises security.

Since 1991, Office Interiors has been providing Atlantic Canada with office furniture and office technology. Throughout the region, its more than 100 employees design, install, and furnish productive workplaces and deliver office technology solutions from multifunction copiers, printers, scanners, and productivity software to integrated phone systems.
