OK, I’m about to be boastful for my great Team at Office Interiors. Recently we were notified by Haworth, our primary partner for our Office Furniture division, that Office Interiors has been recognized by them as a “Best in Class 2014” award winner! Only 3 Dealers in Canada earned this achievement and only about 25 in North America!
This recognition is the result of scoring earned over a rigorous year long program that Haworth incorporates into its Dealer Development group. Their purpose and intent is to drive enterprise excellence for their distribution partners. “Best in Class” is determined via a complex measurement matrix that covers Market Development which includes Sales and Customer Experience; Operations Excellence including deployment of Technology; Sales and Customer Satisfaction (as recorded in independent surveys) including Employee Training and Development, and Enterprise Development including Business Continuity. It literally covers all of the areas that make a business strong, successful and sustainable.
The end game is to ultimately do a great job for our mutual end-user customers.
For me, significant “awards” like this are a testament to our Employee Members who work hard every day to take care of our customers. And also of course, to our Customers who entrust us with their business.
