Workflow Analysis
We can't optimize workflow until we know how you work. How your office functions including who interacts with who, what interdependencies exist between departments and how documents flow. Using a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, we interview, observe and survey until we can identify possible areas for improvement for optimal productivity and performance.
Possible outcomes could include ways to reduce routine and redundant tasks, all the way from moving the mailroom to another floor, to freeing staff from the drudgery of ordering toner, to making sure documents flow freely.
