As both a Ricoh and Kyocera dealer, our copiers and printers are manufactured with technology designed to help prevent the hard drive from being accessed from an unauthorized PC. These manufacturers’ products use proprietary software to process data, making it extremely difficult to access hard drive information.

We also recognize that every customer environment is unique, and that each customer must make its own risk assessment and determinations regarding security, and hard drive replacement and destruction.
