At Office Interiors we consider our service to be one of our “Three Key Uniques” that set us apart from others in the industry.  It’s our belief that despite the sometimes challenging geography and road conditions in the Maritimes, it’s our responsibility to provide our customers with the service they need, whenever and wherever they need it.  That is why we employ 25 service technicians who live and work out of 13 different communities across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Prince Edward Island.  This allows us to provide an average response time of just four hours within urban centres such as Sydney, Fredericton and HRM, but just as importantly, provide most rural areas with a response time that is, on average, the next day or sooner.

To ensure that we can consistently provide such timely service we constantly compare ourselves to the top industry service standards set by PROs Elite 100.  These standards push us everyday to improve and provide better, timelier service to our customers.  We are proud to say that we are the only dealership in Atlantic Canada that has received the PROs Elite 100 certification.
